North Alabama Fiber uses SMS text messaging to keep you informed about your fiber internet service. Messages are sent to provide timely updates related to your fiber internet service.

Types of Messages You May Receive:
  • Fiber service installation updates & scheduling notifications
  • Trouble ticket status alerts & technician dispatch notices
  • Service outage notifications & restoration updates
  • Account and billing reminders
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1–5 messages per service ticket or event. Message frequency varies based on active service requests and account activity. Messages are only sent when relevant to your fiber service.

Message & data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.
How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
