A small program is downloading. Open it when it's done β it will pop up a window with a number on it.

Open the downloaded file
It's called
NAFiberSupport.exe.
Look in your downloads folder, or at the bottom
of your browser. Double-click to open.
π‘ If Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" box,
click "More info" and then "Run anyway".
This is normal β the program is safe.

Read the technician the 9-digit ID
When the program opens, you'll see a big number.
Read it to the technician on the phone.

Click "Accept"
When the technician connects, a box will appear
asking you to allow it. Click Accept.

The technician is now helping you with your computer. Stay on the phone with them.
